How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipping.

Delivery time
U.S : 6–12 business days
Shipping is carried out by UPS, a leading postal and courier service in U.S.
All delivery times do not include potential customs delays. During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery may take longer.

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.

Where is my package?
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be delivered in multiple partial shipments.
