RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zulo, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the possibility to return your items within 100 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. This means the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show visible signs of wear, have been washed, or are damaged due to improper use. All returns are subject to inspection once received at our return facility. If a returned item does not meet the required conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to the customer.

Products that are marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase are excluded from this return policy. Additionally, any items returned after the 100-day window will not be accepted.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing us at support@zulowear.com. In your message, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a short explanation of why you would like to return them. Our support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete your return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order and you return a portion or all of it, the shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
